“Bed bugs ”

“Smoke filled room, some lady screaming at 1:30 am outside. Door never fully locked in olace. ”

“I’ve stayed at this Red Roof location twice before and had good experiences, which is why I chose to come back. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The coffee machine was broken for the entire day, and no one seemed concerned about fixing it. Additionally, there was a dog in the room next to mine that barked continuously for about six hours because it was left alone. I reported the issue, but nothing was done to resolve it. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves……
