“This is a very clean and nice hotel. It feels brand new and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. My only complaint was the noise. It seems like when building this hotel, they really cheaped out on soundproofing. It’s right next to the interstate which was loud inside the room, Also, you could hear every footstep in the room above us, and they apparently had young kids who were running around all until almost midnight. And I mean you could really hear them. On the second night we stayed,……

“Everything was clean and well maintained. The room looked like it has been recently refurbished. The staff were professional and friendly. The location was right where I needed it to be but there is not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Hotel stay was ok other than the front desk was rude. We were told we were not allowed to plug up our boat to outdoor power by fron desk worker without consulting any manager. Employee was extremely rude and didnt have authorization to deny access to the power outlet.”

“The room was listed as handicap accessible but the shower had only one small handrail insufficient for a handicap person to use. Plus no handrails at the toilet. This certainly was not ADA compliant.”

“I book 2 queen with microwave and fridge because my son has a special needs and he has medicine that needs to put into the fridge And the owner eats special things so it has to be warm up in the microwave On arrival, they said they don’t have queens room that have microwaveis only the king So they switch me to king with asking me is a case of four of us wanna reach upstairs I saw that they switched me to a king. I went back and try to talk to them cause it’s a room of four people they saying……
