Not so close to train station. And the staff is not particularly helpful. Well they let one of our guests check in early which is nice. But denied us for checking out at 12 instead of 11. Not particularly clean and the air conditioning made funny noises.

Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur une cour intérieure remplie de climatisations ou d’équipements techniques. Le bruit était extrêmement fort, j’ai dû dormir avec des AirPods en réduction de bruit, car cela m’empêchait de dormir. La moquette ne semblait pas très propre. J’ai également dû placer une serviette sous la porte, car la lumière du couloir reste allumée toute la nuit et passe sous le seuil. L’isolation est très mauvaise : de l’air froid passe par les fenêtres, au point que j’ai cru qu’une fenêtre était restée ouverte. Points positifs malgré tout : l’hôtel est bien situé proche du métro et des arrêts de bus. L’hôtel peut être bien, mais pas avec la chambre que l’on a eu

Staff was ok, they put us in a room where the elevator was not accessible to our floor with multiple luggage bags which was very inconvenient. The room was clean. Check in process was so so as they wouldn't check us in without providing more personal details that weren't ever needed at other hotels.

Hotel was comfortable and charming. Food was great, service was excellent. However, a bank of recycling bins nearby attracted some homeless people and trash pickers. Sometimes during the night, we would hear the lids slamming and people arguing. Certainly not the fault of the hotel but we wondered why the city put it there.

A nice hotel in a good location. There is a complimentary coffee machine by the lobby sitting area that you can make your own coffee . Hotel is nice, clean and located in a quiet street . Hotel use intense room perfume in the lobby without good air circulation which you don’t find that in most modern hotel .

The hotel used to be a favorite of mine. The location is perfect and close to Paddington and Hyde Park, but the hotel is starting to look tired. It feels cheap and not clean. The carpet in the hallways is stained, the paint work is chipped and the rooms are very cheaply decorated. I was put on the 7th floor twice, where there is no elevator. You have to go to 6th floor and then carry luggage up a very small staircase to the 7th floor. The rooms are tiny. The first room had no window, and I could not stand up in half of the room because the ceiling was sloped. The bed was not a queen bed as requested, it was a double bed which was too small. The bedding and pillows are very minimal and not comfortable. The bathrooms don't have a shelf to put any of your supplies and the sink is very small. The breakfast is quite nice and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, I will most likely not be staying here again.
