The room we were assigned had a non-working television. Then when we returned to the room for the evening to relax we lost electricity. Reported the problem we were told they would call us back twice. The solution finally to switch rooms at 10:30 PM when my daughter was already in bed sleep. My husband had ro shower in darkness and we had to checkout early so we had to pack and get dress in the dark. No one ever came to the room to see if it was something that could be fixed. This morning during check out they apologized but that didn’t improve the quality of service and the experience of paying for a hotel room that doesn’t have basic service

We had a stay in the Sanderson with 2 other couples. The location is incredible and shops, transport and restaurants/bars are all within a very short walk. The checkin staff sent a lovely bottle of wine for my partner as it was his birthday, they were very friendly and helpful. We loved the decor and the vibe, the outside dining and terrace areas especially in the sun. We think perhaps they need to rethink the breakfast, for a 5* hotel it was pretty limited with very little fresh fruit and no fizz! The showers in the room require some adjustment to use without flooding the whole bathroom. Other than that a sensational stay and would definitely recommend.

Ideal hotel near Oxford Street with clean and spacious rooms. It's easy to walk to many attractions, and public transport is readily available. The staff were very friendly and gave us great breakfast recommendations nearby. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to London.

The team at The Sanderson were exceptional! From Finn and Mohamed greeting you at the door daily to Shanna, Jose, and the F&B team making sure every detail of your dining experiences go well. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and unique. There were many areas of delight including the delightfully large and well equipped gym. Can’t say enough and will definitely stay again!
