Great location, but rooms and hotel require some updating.
Excellent location, stuff and hotel. We had very comfy stay. Room small but sweet, bathroom excellent. Only minus - air in the room too dry.
Security very proactive, easy to check in, friendly staff on hand to help. Wifi very limited depending on device being used to connnect.

Location was great. One block away from the London eye. About the same distance to the Waterloo station. Boots pharmacy and M&S Foodhall on the way to the station. Could walk along the river.
The property is maintained and they recently opened a larger breakfast area. It’s within must see destinations on London and a fabulous park. Great location and it’s a beautiful hotel
The best location. Convenient for everything, very clean and tidy Too small for 4 people, window should be opened wider
