This very large, newly refurbished 3 Bedroom 3.5 apartment is in an amazing location in the best part of Mayfair, next to Brown’s Hotel, moments from Piccadilly by The Ritz Hotel and moments from Bond Street, where most of the top brands can be found. Green Park tube station is 4 minutes’ walk. Piccadilly Circus station is 7 minutes’ walk. Harrod’s in Knightsbridge is a 10 minutes’ drive or 2 stops by tube from Green Park. This newly refurbished apartment is a superb base for your London stay.

Your elegant, new and very large 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom apartment is in a building which was completely refurbished throughout up to February 2018 and newly furnished at that time. There is a lift to all floors. With furniture and every detail of decoration carefully selected by a famed interior designer, this beautiful apartment is located in the very best location in Mayfair with much of London’s very best shopping, its sights and theatres all within easy walking distance. Located next to world famous Brown’s Hotel with the even better known The Ritz hotel just moments away, one of London’s elegant arcades – The Royal Arcade – takes you through to Bond Street, home to Gucci, Prada, Tiffany & Co, Cartier, Louis Viton – the list goes on and on. Green Park, St. James’s Park and Hyde Park are a short walk from your apartment putting Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and so much more within walking distance of your apartment. Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square are both close and most of London’s theatres are a few minutes’ walk from your apartment. Regent Street, Oxford Street, Knightsbridge and many more great shopping streets are in walking distance or a hot ride by taxi or tube from Green Park station. Everything about your stylish, elegant apartment exudes space and luxury. The apartment is a very large 174 square meters or 1873 square feet in size and is located on the 2nd floor of this superbly refurbished building with a very high standard of finish throughout. The newly installed lift runs from the Ground Floor entrance to all floors. Your apartment has elegant but modern-style parquet flooring throughout with elegant rugs in appropriate places. The bright and spacious Lounge leads through to the Kitchen and then to the Ding Room beyond, with its conservatory-style roof. Air conditioned throughout, with individual temperature controls in each room, the Lounge is provided with a 4-seat sofa and 2 armchairs facing towards the large 4K Smart TV with satellite channels, which can be concealed. Free WiFi operates throughout the apartment.

The separate Dining Room, just beyond the kitchen, with its elegant dining table, has seats for 6 and is positioned beneath a large glazed conservatory-style roof, making it exceptionally bright during daylight hours. Ample china, glass and cutlery is provided for your stay. The Dining Room is located adjacent to the Master Bedroom and there is a small window from the Master Bedroom (with blind, of course). Double doors from the Dining Room lead into the corridor by the Master Bedroom entrance.

The very modern, elegant, well-equipped kitchen has 4-ring electric hob with central extract, 2 ovens, microwave, large Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and all the crockery, cutlery, glass, cooking utensils, pans and more that you will need during your stay. The washer/dryer is located in a cupboard in the corridor leading to the Master Bedroom. There are 3 bar stools alongside the kitchen work area.

As you step up from the Living area, the elegant and extremely spacious Master Bedroom is down a corridor to your left at the rear of the building and, like all rooms in the building, has central heating and double-glazed windows. The corridor has extensive wardrobes. Individually controlled air conditioning operates throughout the apartment. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and ample further wardrobes with drawers elegantly hidden away inside. It has a second 4K Smart TV.

A quality single floor mattress can be provided in the Master Bedroom or the living area for a 7th guest, on request, and a cot is similarly available, on request.

The ensuite Bathroom to the Master Bedroom has superbly elegant modern free-standing bathtub with hand shower and a separate walk-in rain shower cubicle. Naturally, there is also an ample wash-hand basin, bidet and toilet.

The good-sized Second Bedroom of the apartment is also rear facing and accessed from the main hallway. As in the other rooms, it has double-glazed windows and also has ample wardrobe space with drawers tucked away inside. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size bed. The ensuite bathroom to the Second Bedroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and toilet.

The Third Bedroom, also accessed of the main hallway, is front facing and protected from any possible noise by double-glazed windows. The Third Bedroom also has a Queen size bed and ample wardobe space and drawers. The ensuite bathroom to the Third Bedroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower cubicle, ample wash-hand basin and toilet.

There is a Guest Bathroom off the hallway inside the apartment, close to the living area. The hallway of the apartment has entryphone and a second, glass door outside the apartment (just past the lift, which is right outside) protects you from any possible noise on the staircase. One of just 4 very stylish contemporary apartments in this building, you can book this along with the other Three Bedroom apartment above or either the Two Bedroom Apartment on the 4th floor or the One Bedroom apartment on the 1st Floor, if you have a larger party than this very large apartment alone can accommodate.

Mayfair is one of the most exclusive areas of central London with a mix of residential and offices and it's really not hard to see why. Some of the best shops and stores in London are on your doorstep, many of London’s top hotels are close by and the embassies and High Commissions of countless countries are based here. Mayfair is a superbly central spot for getting around the rest of this great city and is bordered to the south by Piccadilly and Green Park, to the West by Hyde Park, to the North by Oxford Street and to the East by Regent Street.

London best known sights, shopping, theatres, art galleries, museums and so much more are in the immediate area. Central London is famous for its parks and Green Park, St. James’s Park and Hyde Park (leading to Kensington Gardens) are in easy walking distance.

Hard as its bustling atmosphere now will make it to believe, Mayfair was once just a village outside London and it still retains something of the atmosphere from those earlier days in narrow side streets, elegant squares and some lovely, very individual shops and restaurants. They can be a bit pricey but they are a unique experience.

Green Park and Piccadilly Circus station are close by with Green Park station just 4 minutes from your apartment. This has the Piccadilly Line direct from London Heathrow, Jubilee Line and Victoria Line so you can travel to almost anywhere in central London directly from here. Piccadilly Circus additionally has the Bakerloo Line putting even more of central London on a direct route.

Marvelous Mayfair Location
We stayed 4 nights at this conveniently located property in the heart of Mayfair. Very close to Greenpark Tube station with easy access to all significant attractions in the city. Apartment was well equipped with 3 good sized bedrooms each with its own full-size bathroom. Great common area and kitchen area for socializing. Interaction with the Property Manager was easy and responsive. Highly recommend this property!

What a great place to stay in central London. I was here with my 3 young kids and wanted to see central London. This flat is fantastic, and the service was excellent. Lots of great shops and restaurants within a short walk. Would definitely look to stay here again on future visits to London.
