Lovely hotel right in the middle of Westfield, Stratford. Bright and airy room, very clean. Plenty of space for my stuff. Bed was super comfy and I slept well. Bathroom clean and bright and the shower was fabulous. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options.

The property was perfect. It was clean, and the staff was lovely. It is far from the London center, but the tube is very close which makes it easy to go anywhere. The hotel is in a huge very nice shopping plaza. There are tons of restaurants, shops and even. Grocery store (M&S), which is the equivalent of our Target. We loved our stay, thank you!

Wish we had not booked this hotel. Absence of management throughout the hotel. Stood waiting for 15 minutes to check in. Only one receptionist working. Managers walked by but did nothing. When queue cleared 3 receptionists came out. Booked a “Park view” room, assuming it would have a view of the Olympic park, but no, just roofs and air conditioning units. Reception told me that “park view” rooms referred to the road at the back of the hotel called park road. Felt insulted to be honest. Breakfast was the same, stood waiting to be attended, no managers visible. Positives, the room was clean and modern. The breakfast was minimalist but worth paying for. The location is good, right in the heart of the shopping centre. It’s a safe stay but lacks any passion or quality management.

hotel was really clean and new! staff were friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel is near a big shopping mall and the train station. Multiple train lines with easy access to all the tourist spots in central london. Will definitely be back again to stay!
