Good hotel. We went there for the Excel and it was excellent. Very clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Our heater wasn't working and they immediately came to check and fix the situation.

We stayed for one night to visit and expo in Excel. Great location close to public transport, the room was clean, the beds comfortable. Not very soundproof, we could easily hear people going in and out of the rooms in our corridor but we had a decent night's sleep. Overall good value for money.

Perfect location for ExCel. Peace and relaxation. Good food in bar. Lots of local shops. Good runs around dockside. Transport close and easy.

Very friendly hotel in fantastic location. We travelled with our dog and were welcome in all areas of the hotel, a refreshing change which made our stay super relaxing. Staff very thoughtful, nice bar area and gluten-free food options also a big bonus. Room was well appointed and quiet. Very happy we chose this hotel, excellent value for money and only a short tube ride from central London.

Ibis Excel Docklands

Staff are very welcoming and look after you well. Rooms are very good, and well presented and clean. Great location, very easy access to O2 arena. Enough shops and food outlets close by. Definitely worth it, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
