Such a perfect hotel if you are attending the O2 arena. We enjoyed a drink in the bar before leaving for a concert. Our room had the most amazing view and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend and would stay again very happily!

Staff were polite friendly and professional. I was disappointed there were no bathrobes. For a five star hotel also disappointed that they use those small cartons of milk, I would have expected a bottle or carton in the fridge.
