The staff is very nice and hotel. I loved the location. It was convenient to walk around to get on the tube. It was difficult at peak hours to get a taxi but we ended up talk to the next corner to pick up. The staff was so personable and kind. They helped with recommendations and were genuinely interested in our day and plans. The room, even though to me small was still good. Bed was comfortable bathroom was clean and great shower pressure.
