We have stayed here before and will again. Breakfast is normally excellent but on this occasion service was very slow (despite only being half full) and the staff definitely didn’t want to engage with customers.

Best hotel experience we’ve had in London! The room was very clean, with a newly renovated bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and a real highlight of our stay. Staff all very nice and helpful. Location was also great. Highly recommend.

The staff was super nice. This is a 4 star hotel on lower Sloane, close to so many great shops/restaurants and close to Sloane Square tube station. The room was extra small, with a king size bed covering most of it and the carpets looked old, but the rest was absolutely perfect. Everyone at the Sloane Club next door were extraordinary, calling usva cab to the train station.

Me and my husband absolutely adored our stay here. It felt upscale while also being reasonably priced. The location is a very short walk from the tube with an abundance of luxury stores on the way. The staff was kind and helpful. While the room was not large, it was well laid out and perfect for what we needed. We keep raving about how amazing the bathroom and water pressure were here. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The room was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed the towel warmer and the robes. The rooms are quite small so one person is up against the wall while sleeping. There was very little room for two small roller bags and enough space to hang three things. We enjoyed it and would recommend it as long as you don’t have a lot of luggage.

Staff so very helpful. We asked about taxi for leaving to Heathrow at 4:30am. Bonus was that concierge offered to arrange private car with excellent driver so we would be confident at such early pick up time. Concierge confirmed with me, driver arrived early and was terrific.

Great location just one minute from Sloane Square tube. Easy access to Kings Road and Sloane Square shopping. Hotel room was lovely. Staff were very friendly and professional. A few minutes walk to Hyde Park. A good location for Battersea Power Station.
