Checking in/reception staff were friendly & helpful. The only downside was the breakfast but it could have just been on the day we were there. Service was extremely slow & we were left without butter for toast & coffee didn’t arrive until we asked twice. The pastry basket contained banana bread (?) & was more expensive than ordering individual items. I didn’t want to pay an additional £5 for water so asked for tap which was warm.
