“This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. They didn’t vacuum or clean the vestibule at all the 3 days we were there. The restaurant food was just ok. Nothing great at all. Just expensive food with zero flavor. The main……

“I have Mixed feelings about this property. Everything was clean and spacious. ,however the concrete floors are a bit much for my liking! Looks like they pulled up carpet and just left what was underneath exposed! Ladies bring slippers or socks for your feet!”

I arrived early at 9:45 AM prior to my arrival I did not ask for an early check-in so I was expecting to leave my luggage at the front desk until my 3 PM check-in. The receptionist said that he had a room available for me. I did not have to wait. I was totally surprised and impressed with that first interaction.
