The house appeared to have not been cleaned at all. There was hair in all of the showers and bathrooms. Floors were filthy. Lights didn’t work. It was a mess!

1. Entered the property without notification 2. Lied about street parking rules saying there is 100% no street parking 24/7. I actually live down the street so I know the street parking laws. Also they threatened to call police and cancel our reservation if we dont comply.

The stay was fantastic. The home is wonderful, and has plenty of rooms and space for everyone to have their own place but still feel like they’re all together. The pool and hot tub were wonderful to have and the kids really enjoyed spending a lot of time using them, even when it was rainy. Which was the best part because the rain would have put a bit of a damper on our vacation had we not had access to a pool and hot tub. The mini golf (putting course) on the side of the house was really fun to use. The owners provided us with some putters and golf balls to use as well. The owners were wonderful to work with and helped guide us on using and heating the hot tub and pool, as well as answering our questions and keeping in communication. There is some language barrier in terms of communication which may cause questions at first. But having met them and spoken with them directly I assure you they want to make your stay as good as possible.
