Problem with air conditioning in the first room, transfer to another room was not smooth. Second room had problems with the hair dryer, not delivered, I had to walk down to pick it up. Food was outrageously priced and the morning buffet was not refilled promptly.

I made my reservation yesterday for 6/20-6/21 to stay in a room with a king sized bed. I have also been staying in your motel the last two nights but I couldn’t get a room with a king sized bed for 6/19-6/20, I was put in a room with 2 double beds #409. I left this morning, 6/20, asking how much earlier I can check in, the dark haired lady said 1400. I also handed the keys for #409 back to the lady which should have been a very clear clue I didn’t reserve the same room type, in addition to the fact I clearly told her I had a new reservation for a king size bed room. I came in around 1530 to check in and the lady first couldn’t find my reservation and when she did she said they kept me in #409 and said now there’s no other single king sized bed rooms available, which was what I paid for. I requested she call a manager which she refused to do because your staff’s error shouldn’t be my fault. My reservation specifically states king sized bed. And room #409 they kept me in was not even cleaned. It wasn’t really even clean when I checked in the first night, the floor had stuff on it where it was obvious they didn’t sweep or mop the floor. I stay here a lot, and this is beyond disappointing. I feel it is unacceptable to let someone make a reservation for a room and not even put them in the room type they paid for or offer an upgrade.

Tbh I was surprised that this hotel had 4.5 stars. When entering it smelled like urine and they had signs for where your pet should pee. It didn’t smell like animal but human urine. The hall ways smelled and so did the room. I had to go to Target to get an Air freshener. Choose Hilton or Marriott. Or ….this place needs to change.

Hello. I had this bad experience there. I got there around 10:30 pm checked in then went to my room but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw that the flat sheet had red stain. At first I thought it was lipstick or nail polish but when I looked closely it was blood as well on the wash cloth that was folded. I spoke to the person at the front desk and they said they can’t do anything about or refund since this is a third party through Expedia. I took a video and a photo when this happened .

The rooms at this property are clean but need minor repairs and freshening. The hallway carpet looks atrocious. Stains, stains, stains! It’s gross. The staff is wonderful and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. Price is good for the amenities and location to the airport. But seriously, replace the carpet .
