We stayed in room 101 the TV in the room is broken, the AC cover came off, there were ants coming in from the vent in the hallway, they only provided 2 towels instead of one per guest. I will not use this establishment again.

Well, we didn't expect too much from a Rodeway Inn. It certainly is a low budget motel. The check-in took forever, a form had to be filled out (despite us booking online). We were handed one key card and a remote (that had to be replaced since it didn't work). The rooms are very simple but clean and have been remodeled recently (fresh paint and new doors). Again, it's a budget motel and our expectations were extremely low. It provided what we were looking for: A cheap room near a concert venue.

The location and the hotel seemed sketchy. The hotel room had stains on the floor and a cigarette burn mark on the wall, water faucet half broken. It seemed like it was not maintained properly nor cleaned properly. I would not recommend this place.

If you’re just looking for a place to spend the night, I recommend choosing another hotel\. You can’t even get a good night’s sleep\. It’s very noisy, and it doesn’t feel safe\. There were suspicious people in several of the rooms, and people were smoking marijuana right next to ours\. There were ants in the room, it wasn’t properly cleaned, and they didn’t even leave us towels to shower\. The bed was extremely uncomfortable\. They don’t even offer complimentary water, and the ice and vending machines don’t work\.

Upon my arrival, we checked in with the lady in the front. She gave us a TV remote and our key card. She had a it of a stride but we just let it be. We then walked up 3 flights of stairs with all of our stuff just for our key card to not work. We went back down and she reactivated it for us. We open the door to the room and see that it was a mess and had not even been cleaned yet. The cleaning lady told us she didn’t clean it yet and invited us inside the room to wait in the chairs while she cleaned it.. We showed up 1 hour after check in time so they had plenty of time to clean it but it wasn’t done prior to our arrival. It was very hot inside the room with a small fan on the wall only facing one direction and one of the TV’s did not have signal. We sat there uncomfortably waiting for the lady to finish cleaning the room because we didn’t want to be rude and cause a scene for the cleaning lady. This was managements fault, not hers. As soon as she finished mopping we grabbed our stuff, returned the TV remote/key card and left. I couldn’t even get a full refund. I got less than half of what I paid. It was THEIR fault and I lost almost $90 in money and I left almost immediately after seeing the room’s condition. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

2 night stay, Staff was friendly, very quick interaction. The parking lot is small, maybe 12 stalls. Rooms are clean and equipped with the basics. You do hear traffic and sirens sometimes at night. There’s a harbor freight and Denny’s right across the street. Decent stay just nothing fancy or super nice about it. Easy access to the freeway and the outlets right across maybe 5-8 minutes away.
