The only thing I missed was a shelf in the bathroom to place toiletries etc. They have a very civilised system for residents to have easy access to free tea, coffee, cold drinks and pastries etc during their stay, located just by Reception. A really nice place to stay, only a short walk from all of Lucca's amenities. Very close to the Elisa portal within the old walls. "
