“We had a room with one bed which made it spacious. There isn't a fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc. Just a bed, TV (with satellite programming), a couple chairs, dresser, and end table. The bed was comfortable, The bathroom and sink worked fine and we had hot water. It was refreshing to be in a back to basics motel with a 70s kind of decor. The one thing that would make it more comfortable is to have blackout drapes. The light at the front door was annoying, but we were able to finally ignore...

“Very satisfied with our room in the lodge and the owners/staff are friendly and accommodating. The lodge has a very interesting history and I loved the antique decor. We took a peek at the motel rooms they also have and those are decorated in 60s/70s theme, clean and large windows that look out to the lake. We may have to try those next time! We enjoyed our stay very much.”

“This is a basic rural motel. It was wife approved clean, in room coffee was bad, inexpensive so could go out to restaurant for real good breakfast. Value was a Nine out of Ten. Quiet, easy to use, on the way to where we were headed. Wife says we can stay there again.”
