Friendly staff. Shuttle was convenient and quick (but you should call the hotel when you have a bags so they send the shuttle then.) Hotel very clean. Excellent breakfast offerings. Will stay here again.

Very clean hotel close to the Riverwalk, French Quarter and Cruise terminal. They offer a free cruise shuttle that was very easy to use. Breakfast was average but was just enough. We will definitely consider them if we return to New Orleans.

Went with friends who stayed there before. Lovely, comfortable, safe. Beds super comfy. Had everything we needed including a courtyard with tables for guest to sit outside and pool. Coffee n tea. Small bar. Great 24 hr front desk and safe n mini fridge in room. Safe valet parking onsite. Had everything we needed plus great location.

The Algeris Ferry is about 20 minutes away with free parking around the streets so if anything I saved a lot by staying here and on this side of the river. This was my first time in NOLA and this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredible and everyone was so friendly. Perfect location to hit Bourbon St!! Thank you guys for the warm hospitality. Southwest changed our flight and we got into NOLA at 8:15 in the morning. When we got to the hotel we expected to leave our bags and head out, but our room was ready!! I will definitely stay here the next time I visit.
