“This is a great hotel right in the historic center close to shops and very good restaurants. The room was large and clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was solid. We had some difficulty with the parking app and had to park on the street. Maybe because we have a US phone number the app wouldn’t load. It would be a lot easier if there was another parking system. But other than that, this is a great place to stay. ”

“Very comfortable room and so quiet. Breakfast buffet was great with an amazing selection although only rubbery scrambled egg available on the buffet but poached or fried could be ordered. Perhaps some of these could be on the buffet servery for those who do not want to wait. All staff were friendly and efficient. Gardens were a feature but weather precluded a longer appreciation of them. Easy to find and a good seafront location away fro the town centre.”

“Everything about our stay could not be faulted. Friendly reception on arrival. Told all we needed to know straight away and made to feel very welcome. Separate restaurants as we had our dogs with us and we were the only ones in ours but still were treated very attentively. Good varied menu with several specials on offer. Prices are reasonable and on par with others offering a similar service. Breakfast was a limited offering but still very good. The character of the hotel is everything. It is……
