“We were in town for Air Force basic training graduation. Staff was very helpful in terms of updates right from check in as there were some changes due to weather. Staff opens up breakfast early on BMT graduation days to accommodate early delay to the base. Hotel is just minutes from the Valley Hi gate which is very convenient. Unfortunately elevator was down during our stay but staff did allow for fully refunded cancellation for those that could not/would not use the stairs while the elevator……

“sheet was dirty so we were changed to another room. Later found the hair drier didn't work...they didn't have an extra one so we had to use the hair drier in another room and return the room key once we were done. All these didn't bother me. Breakfast was okay. Restaurance outside the hotel was an extremely good one!”
