“Faucet from tub was constantly running, it wouldn’t shut off completely. Had to close bathroom door in order to sleep because of the noise. Elevator was not working. Husband was on toilet and water from ceiling started raining on his head. Had to place pail to catch water! No maintenance was available & no other rooms to switch too!!!!! Smell of mold was strong in room”

“I’m sorry to leave this type of review because I’ve stayed at several Hampton properties and have generally had good experiences, but unfortunately, this was probably one of the worst. During our stay, another guest complained about my four-year-old making too much noise. There were also people smoking what appeared to be marijuana on the property, and the overall situation made me feel uncomfortable and, at one point, genuinely unsafe. I also tried requesting service and was told they would……

“sheet was dirty so we were changed to another room. Later found the hair drier didn't work...they didn't have an extra one so we had to use the hair drier in another room and return the room key once we were done. All these didn't bother me. Breakfast was okay. Restaurance outside the hotel was an extremely good one!”
