“We stayed there for a night and the staff was there rude and not helpful. Our rooms were dirty and dirty bedsheets too. We arrived at 2pm and we're not even asked to leave our luggage in the lobby for our rooms to be ready to check in. They said they were cleaning the rooms but we still got dirty rooms and service was so bad. The sofa beds mattress springs were popping out the bathrooms had hair and tub was dirty. I would not stay here again”

“I have to say when we booked this hotel for my cousins wedding in town . We were unaware that it was transitioning to Comfort Inn and would be in the middle of a remodel. Our room was okay clean , however we had several spiders and spider webs everywhere. Smelled musty. About 75% of the time our key did not work in the door and we were on the 3rd floor and had to return to the front desk over 5x to have it reset . Was a major inconvenience.
