“Clean, quiet, and close to everything!”

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked……

“Lil rough around the edges but unit was clean, smelled good, bed had no bugs, unit had no bugs! I would 100 stay here again- gym was very equipped! Taco Bell is a calling distance and I mean like 2 second walk. Bed was actuallly comfortable too, also more than 1 pillow. ”

“Property was not cleaned after last stay. Dirty sheets and towels. Had to jump through hoops to get the host on the phone through Expedia and he just offered a refund saying he couldn’t do anything about it. Haven’t been able to get of the host since and have not gotten a refund. ”

“Very nicely decorated, clean and nice location for the downtown area. There were several units in the home and traffic during the evening was a bit loud while attempting to sleep but we enjoyed our stay and would return again if ever in the Cincinnati area. Ed was a terrific host and communication was fantastic.”

“We liked the convenience of the area & all the things within walking distance & the price. Having a parking spot included was a plus. Upon checking in we noticed a puddle of water in the bedroom coming from a leaking air conditioner. We called the host & they answered the phone immediately. They contacted maintenance to fix the issue. The place was fairly clean but the floors should have been swept better, especially in the corners. The only thing we didn’t like about the place was not having an……

“This property was perfect for a trip to Cincinnati. House was very clean and host was extremely helpful and quick to reply. Safe neighborhood and a short drive or uber ride to the ballpark, casino, Newport on the Levey, river walkway, and many other attractions.”

“My daughter and I stayed here last month, May 2026. We weren’t there very long, as we checked in late after a game and left the next morning, but the owner was very helpful and answered any questions I had quickly. The apartment is in a very nice, safe walkable neighborhood. There are restaurants and coffee shops around. Just across the river from Cincinnati. I wish I had more time to explore.”
