"The staff was great. Room was big, beds were not comfortable and bathroom was very low quality. The fridge was big and nice, the breakfast was good as well."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The toilet in our original room would not flush, so we had to move rooms shortly after checking in. In the new room, the TV screen was completely blue and unusable, so we weren’t able to watch anything during our stay. The shower was visibly dirty, several lamps did not work, and only one elevator in the hotel was functioning, which caused long waits and inconvenience. Overall, the property did not feel well maintained, and the experience did not meet expectations."

At checkout, she was at the desk, and was very interested in an observation that would cut down on service calls. You could tell she was invested in both her hotel, and the customer experience. An outstanding representative of your property, all the markings of extremely competent upper management."

"Our stay at Hyatt Place was horrible! It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. When we got there the closest door was cracked and we couldn’t close it. The floors were very dirty and one of my blankets had a huge hole in it. On the first day only one of the beds got set, so the next day I wrote a note that said “please set my bed this time. Thank you!”Instead of setting both beds The housekeeping people barely even went in the room. They just put some towels on the side of the couch and didn’t set the beds. One night at 3 A.M. the AC turned on and blasted cold air. The muffins were so over priced! I rate this hotel 1/2 of a star. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I DEMAND my money back!"
