"We took it as an off season getaway to see the colors. Everything was good. Places to eat were a short drive. Coffee was available just across the lake. Clean nice place. We would go back again. Note: The location has no hot tub - and in fairness that is stated in the description but I have never been to a mountain resort that didn't have one somewhere. "

Temperatures were warm, which was very pleasant everywhere but in the master/loft, which seemed to radiate a lot of heat off the wonderful but hot wall of windows. "Booked this last minute and was pleased with the choice. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in was smooth. Lobby area well appointed - have a couple of unique features including an "oxygen bar" to help with the altitude (at a very reasonable price) and a very cool water/beverage station (for free) as well. Nice food & beverage options along with a game room with a pool table, etc. The resort is located "lakeside" - you walk out back and it's lovely. We enjoyed a good meal at the main restaurant and a grab & go breakfast at the Lakeside Cafe. 2 things to be aware of - parking is across the street accessible for a pedestrian tunnel and the elevator is not located centrally - we ended up with a room toward the end of the 2nd hallway so it was a pretty far walk. There's also no A/C in the rooms but there was a fan & a humidifier available in the room. "

"Pros of this condo: the view, location, comfort of beds, pool and hot tub access close and well maintained, building was easy to access and was quiet. Cons: lack of kitchen supplies, no cleaning product or kitchen towels, no spatula, rusty pots, shower door doesn't slide, extra comforter had stains on it. Prior to the trip the communication with Vacasa through Vrbo app was hit or miss and they had difficulty answering basic questions about property amenities. "
