Vincenzo is the host at the restaraunt! He smiles at you and ensures you feel welcomed. When you hug to say goodbye, you know it was a great stay. "Pool was lovely but freezing cold!!!!! I’m not sure why they don’t heat their pools in Italy. Very few people use the pools for obvious reasons. However the hotel rooms, dining and staff were excellent!!!! I’d go back!!"
