“I really, really wanted to give a 5-star rating because the staff was so so so wonderful. But the air conditioning did not work and the room was sooo hot. The room was lovely, the staff so nice and accomodating, and the morning breakfast was small but delicious. I loved everything about it except for the non-functioning air conditioning. Even so, I would probably stay there again and just suffer through it because the staff was just so friendly and nice.”
