"We loved this hotel. Close to Kingston Bridge. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. The rooms had everything including fresh milk. We would definitely stay again."

"Nicely styled hotel and very convenient location. I stayed in a classic room which looked nice but had some impracticalities. The temperature can not be controlled from inside the room and was set too warm for me. The reception staff adjusted this for me, but it only seemed to stay at the requested temperature for a few hours before climbing up again. This meant I couldn’t sleep, so affected my stay. The only full-length mirror faces the bed and leaves about 10cm in which to stand so is completely pointless and inaccessible. The luggage stand was broken when I arrived, but replaced when I pointed it out. However most toiletries were near empty and had to be shaken out of the bottles. Not unpleasant but some easy fixes."

"Cosy double in the basement was actually quite large and came with a dressing area and huge ensuite. Also plenty of natural light. Comfy bed. Robes provided for visits to the pool/spa. Fantastic location. Negatives were the appalling TV reception and constant whiffy drain smell in the bathroom."

"I stayed for one night as a solo female traveler. The property was very clean and had all the usual necessities such as a shower cap in the bathroom and coffee and hot chocolate sachets. I used the sauna at the adjacent gym and was given a free locker key by reception, who were very professional and kind. The check out time was 12 noon, which is fantastic, and I was able to leave my bags at reception once I checked out as I wanted to explore more of Twickenham and Richmond."
