Stroll along the Merrimack River at Arms Park, where local breweries and seasonal festivals create a vibrant downtown scene. History buffs should visit the Millyard Museum, while outdoor enthusiasts can explore nearby Lake Massabesic for kayaking and hiking trails.
We were pleasantly surprised with this property. The downtown area is wonderful, lots of unique shops. The staff were very helpful and the check-in was very easy. I’m very happy I chose this hotel.

Very comfortable stay for me and my dogs for 5 nights. Excellent breakfast options, very friendly staff, everything you really need for any kind of extended stay. I would stay again if in the area. It felt very easy and convenient, safe and quiet.

Super friendly staff, really big nice room. Clean, but found an old bag of rotten Funyuns in the closet as we did a check out sweep. So that’s my only real complaint. We’d stay again!

Friendly front desk, modern hotel, clean, fair price, large suite room, nice pool no hot tub, overall very satisfied with this hotel and would recommend and stay again myself

We spent the second night of our driving trip to Newfoundland at this hotel, and if you love minor league baseball as much as my family and I do, this is a wonderful place to be. It is a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for, and we decided to splurge and get a room overlooking the ball park. You don't even need to buy a ticket to the game (although we did), no matter where your room is, though, because there is a patio deck with food and drink service overlooking left field. It was a very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Out back there is a park and ride where clearly people are living out of their cars. Our room was facing that space, so we kept our curtains closed. There were no issues though. Lots of easy access parking and the pool was cozy and clean. Pool does close at 8 though that seemed a bit early for a hotel.
