"You get what you pay for. It's a 3rd to half the price of any other rooms in the area. If you don't care about cleanliness and just want to save a buck, this is the place for you.
The front porch hadn't been swept, table hadn't been wiped down. The floor inside might have been swept, but not mopped. The sheets were dirty and it was an ordeal just to get clean sheets. The fridge/freezer was dirty and had no rails so you couldn't store anything in the door. The bathroom cleanliness was questionable, with hairs on the floor and in the shower.
On the last morning, we had a wet floor either from a leak in the AC or a hole in the wall (it rained pretty hard the night before). There was a big black mold patch right underneath the AC unit on the outside wall.
Do yourself a favor and pay double or triple the price for a nice room."
