“Expedia should refund part of our stay. We booked rhis location for pool and hot tub use. And expediansaid theh have these amenities. There pool and hot tub has been shut down since December. Not cool. I paid 238 for one night with no amenities. I should be refunded part of my stay.”

“We only spent one night, but it was great! The gentleman at the desk was pleasant and kind. The exterior of the building is charmingly updated! Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The bed was actually very comfy and we slept well! They have a sound machine in the room that was nice to use although it wasn’t at all noisy. It’s an old building and they’re doing a good job updating things. For the price - it was well worth it and we’ll surely be staying again!”
