“Very clean and well maintained property!”

“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. “The positives are the staff was very nice and the room was clean with a full kitchen. The bummer was that the pool was not open and hasn't been for awhile. The door was very difficult to open. The rooms were a little run down. The entrance to the woods was actually not walkable at all despite the Expedia description. But this was an inexpensive hotel in a convenient location on Cape Cod so I would give it a solid 4 stars.”

“Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year.”

“The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice……

“Great location and view; lots of charm and character! However, the large shared balcony was not swept and the furniture was dirty. The pool area on the other hand was very clean and inviting.”

“Jeanette was very responsive to our needs. We had delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. She was always ready to provide anything to make our stay pleasant. We look forward to another visit to Cape Cod and will stay here.”

“There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!”
