"Lovely hotel and great staff. Natalie who was on reception checked me in and was really helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed and made me feel most welcome. I stayed in one of the suites and the room was very clean and had everything in that I needed for my 2 night stay. Loads of parking available. Bar was nice and the food I had in the bar was really nice. Would highly recommended and would definitely stop again. Thanks again to all the staff and again to Natalie who was extremely friendly and very welcoming. Steven."

"The room was clean and bed comfy. BBC tv coverage bad. Bathroom needs upgrading. Room 115. Breakfast good but chaotic - there was not enough info on ordering various items and what order to move around the various item tables. Finding staff to take order not easy. Staff were v pleasant. Reception staff excellent Didn’t use any spa facilities so can’t comment. Overall impression that the whole building needs attention. Very good position for Chesterfield."
