"The breakfast was not available for my early departure. This property is NOT a hotel as represented. It is a seven room b & b and any services expected of a hotel can be accessed via a 15 minute taxi drive. You must use the exact address provided as it is situated halfway down a quiet residential street with a small sign hidden in some foliage above the street number (22). The young man in charge really does his best with what he has been put in charge of! Credit cards not accepted "

"Friendly and helpful staff. They will help you with luggage to and from your transport service (car service). Car cannot drive to fromt door but if you call the riad they will help tell driver where to go and meet you to help with luggage to riad. Very safe while close to the outdoor market. And great spa services!"

"The main buffet was incredible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The private Asian restaurant was a large disappointment. Not one item we ordered was good. Drinks were not included. Highly recommend sticking with the buffet. There were only somewhat two heated pools. This resort is meant for hot weather and warm water slide water. There is not much else to do, but the grounds are beautiful and the service is wonderful. "

"Overall we were quite disappointed in this hotel. It carries the "Savoy" name but is considerably rough around the edges. One of the four hotel buildings is actually an incomplete building site. The finishings in the rooms are of a quite sub-standard (poor tile grouting, marble still have writing on it from installation, our balcony door would not lock). The hotel also charges too much for some services, given their quality. For example, the evening buffet cost around £25 per head but the food was overall fairly poor. We only ate there as our flight arrived late. Another example is that the hotel charges £20 per person for 1 hour of hot tub use, even if you have purchased spa treatments. Every other spa I have ever been to would include this for free if you had booked treatments. Cocktails are also exorbitant prices. The staff were generally very helpful, but no more so than a normal hotel."

"The service is impeccable and the property is beautiful and centrally located. The service was so friendly and accommodating ! We ordered room service which you can access Nobu menu also and it was white glove service. Highly recommend and will definitely comeback "
