"We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage! The charming barn, chicken, and farm-themed décor made the space feel warm and inviting, and the home itself is beautifully maintained. We especially loved having private access to the pool—it was a huge bonus during the hot summer days! The jacuzzi tub was another relaxing highlight. The hosts went above and beyond with their hospitality, even leaving us fresh eggs, bacon, and bread, which we truly appreciated. The location is perfect—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from downtown Louisville, making it easy to explore local attractions and restaurants. It was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and charm!"

"Staff was great, only complaint would be that the floor in the bathroom was sticky and needed to be mopped. You could tell that only the part where you walked into was mopped, but not under the counter where you stand. Put a towel down because it was so sticky. I also thought the breakfast was not good. No fruit, no eggs, juice machine didn't work, very limited selection of bagels. We always went out to eat. "

"If you’re looking for a clean cabin with a beautiful river view, this is the place to stay. I never left the property. I needed A get away to unwind and destress with my pups and this did the trick. The dogs loved the little fenced yard and had no issues going up and down the dog ramp. I loved The picturesque view of the river and sounds of nature. It is very near a road, but it didn’t bother me at all. It was in the 90s so unfortunately I didn’t get to spend much time outside during the day, but the AC works great and there is a huge tv and fantastic kitchen. Andy responded timely to any question I had and his Dad even dropped by to offer a boat ride if I was interested which was very kind. Thanks for a great little get away. We will be back when the temps cool down! "
