"This was a horrible experience, every time we left our room we had to get the key card reprogrammed. It was filthy in the room, burn holes in the sheets, hair dryer didn’t work. Mold on the walls near the sink. No shower curtain or door. Staff was friendly but not helpful. No refund policy prevented us from leaving. Everything was old and seemed to be neglected. They need to put money back into this place or close it. Hotels.com should never offer this property again until drastic changes are made. Even clothes hangers were old and rusty. We felt dirty just staying there. They even charged 10.00 per hour for early check-in. Had we known the state of this hotel there’s no way we would have stayed there. The pictures on hotels.com don’t even come close to representing what the property and rooms actually look like. It is disheartening to go to a site such as hotels.com and to be mislead this way. This makes us reevaluate using your site in the future. You should remove this property as an option or your reputation will be affected"

"Booked stay originally for just Saturday night (off season). Added Friday before we arrived. When we arrived asked desk attendant to combine the two so we didn’t have to check in/out twice. Couldn’t do it. We booked a Premium double. Our room was in a dark hallway with no view at all. We asked to be moved and was told they couldn’t because they were booked. They weren’t…rooms open on same floor (open windows/clear view into rooms). If we wanted an ocean view it would be an additional $150 a night.Which by the way is blocked by Seaport pier). So we paid $180 a night for a brick wall. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t actually sit on the toilet. Despite being renovated recently the bathroom wasn’t. There was no place to hang anything except pegs on the wall and only one small “dresser” with two drawers. If you sat on the one bed you couldn’t see the tv. One small table. This room was supposed to hold up to 6! Plenty of floor room but no additional furniture. No WiFi code given. Paid $20 a night to park as well. Overall would not recommend. "

"It was clean, comfortable and affordable. The only thing I would say is that the drain in the bathtub wasn’t draining properly, but other than that, it was a great last minute stay. "

"The place is disgusting I left them a bad review bc the manager is horrible and threatening to kick me out without refund if I didn’t give him another $20 7 hours after I already checked in(I honestly thought he was just trying to scam me) . I forgot I left the review and the next time I booked a room there he harassed me over the review and told me if I don’t like the place then don’t book it and he don’t know why I’m there etc. long story short he’s horrible and said the price can change any time and he makes everyone show id to get in the room and if you do the just threatens to call the cops over and over again and will keep your money. Extremely unprofessional and he needs a class on customer service (it wouldn’t help someone like him anyway but he still needs it to see how normal people interact outside of his hole in the wall he stays in). And hotels don’t delete this review because it’s all true and you can check the conversations with your staff that gave me credits bc how horrible he was towards me) if u plan on having a guest over I wouldn’t recommend going there bc they probably won’t even let them in the room smfh I don’t think I’ve ever had a positive experience there and I’ve stayed there a bunch of times throughout my life and it was always the same miserable big dude that can barely walk sitting there eating fast food and don’t even wash his hands before helping you"

"It was a fine stay. Nothing exceptional. Small tv’s. Spacious rooms. Uncomfortable couch, uncomfortable bed. A little pricey for what you get."
