“The first room I got the AC started smelling like something burning inside when I turned on the heat. Got relocated to a new room and there were bugs on the beds and weird stains on the mattress frame. Night clerk claimed he didn’t have the training to use the computer to file a complaint. Management was allegedly not available until morning. When we tried to contact the manager throughout the day, on shift staff claimed the manager was on nightshift. Overall terrible experience I would not……
