“Arrived at midnight on long trip to visit nephew in ICU. Woke up to find no water for shower. Was told it should be in soon for 3 hours. Kindly explained I needed to get to the hospital as I had to drive back home that night (5 hours). Took three hours for water to come on and it was brown and sudsy. Ran for a half hour and had to take a shower in water that was still light brown. Cut my stay at hospital in half. $500 for a trip to visit for 3 hours because of this stay. Was told I would……

“This would be a great place for a small group retreat. Beautiful grounds! The Cedar Lodge was a quiet and restful place to have coffee. The self-serve breakfast was a nice touch. Unfortunately we were there on a Monday when the restaurant was not open. Pretty place at a good price.”

“Three night reservation with arrival date of July 5 made through Expedia, changes allowed until July 3. Had a flight delay the morning of July 4, unable to make it to the property the first night. Started calling the property at 0800, everything said refer email, could not call and talk to a human. Tried calling Expedia. Everything was AI. Was going to be charged an ADDITIONAL $25 to cancel one night with no refund of the cancelled night. Tried to change the dates, still making it a three night……

“Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. And the people that clean there were very, very nice I would try another home in that area to B&B”

“Could use some updating/maintenance. Some things broken or close to broken in our room. The front desk has a sign that says you must report room problems within 20 minutes of check in. Makes me think there has been other complaints. Beautiful building inside. Plain outside. Check in staff was super friendly. The sign said they wouldn’t change our towels or sheets for a short stay but they didn’t come in the room at all to check on things or empty garbages or anything. Breakfast was good.……
