"Every tile in the bathroom was loose. Only one outlet worked in the room besides what the TV was plugged into. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall. The TV and remote did not work properly at all. The staff member at the front desk had both of his air pods in even when trying to speak to him."

"Hotel was adequate, musty smell in room upon arrival. Biggest disappointment was pool was freezing and totally unusable for our grandkids, which is one of the biggest reasons we were staying at hotel."
