I booked this property and I spoke to the management about extending an additional evening. They agreed and took long too communicate. They ended up removing my luggage from the room while I was at work and threw away my toothbrush and toothpaste which was not packed into my luggage. The management tried to offer an apology, ruined my day in Mexico, and made me drive back from work to collect my belongings
