The Space:
Condo with a queen-size bed & all amenities.
* Hi-speed WiFi
* Widescreen TV
* Air Conditioner
* Complete Kitchenette (microwave, stove, coffee machine, toaster, etc.)
* Fridge & freezer
* Iron & board
* Full-size mirror
* Hair dryer
* Towels & linen
* Shampoo & body wash
The unit is cleaned and disinfected by professionals before and after each guest.
Guest Access:
The resort is shared between a hotel and private units like ours. Contrary to most resorts around, there is no added registration fee and resort fee on arrival. The building’s $65 registration fee + $10/day resort fee are included. There is nothing more to pay when you check-in.
Booking with us is the best value, and you actually get the featured unit, on top of fantastic hotel amenities.

PARKING
Valet parking is a third-party service that charges $45+tax/day if paid on location, but we can get you the owners discount at $35+tax/day. After booking, let us know if you want Valet parking, and we will tell the front desk to give you the discounted rate.
Parking alternatives are at 6080 Collins Ave (1 block away, near the Starbucks), mention you're at the Casablanca and get charged “only” $28+tax/day. There is also street parking, and our preference the parking lot just 1 block north to the right, by the beach. All metered parking cost $1/hour, enforced 8AM-6PM everyday.
