“While we kind of get what we paid for, the towels and linen were stained and had hair all over them. The refrigerator was stained and had leftover residue from another guest and food on the floor. Staff was kind and efficient, but overall cleanliness would prevent us from staying here again. Additionally, the walls are so thin it felt like other guests were there with us!”

Finally, had to depart a day early due to a family issue, and after talking to the front desk, Expedia, and the hotel manager Friday morning, I was unable to……
