Upon arrival, I was met by a front desk agent (white male, older with glasses) who displayed unprofessional behavior, including using inappropriate language immediately after a phone call and maintaining a dismissive attitude toward me. When I inquired if there was an issue, he did adjust his demeanor; however, the initial interaction was concerning. We had reserved two rooms on the second floor, traveling with three senior citizens and two children. Shortly after check-in, we were informed that the elevator was out of service. This presented a significant inconvenience for our group and impacted our overall experience. Additionally, I noticed that the condition of our rooms did not appear to meet Marriott standards. I have photographs that I would be happy to share for your review. There was no receipt sent upon checkout, even after requesting an email. I wanted to bring this to your attention, not only to address the immediate issues but also to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar challenges. While I understand that operational issues can occur, the combination of unprofessional staff behavior and facility limitations made our stay difficult."
