"The breakfast was wonderful. The surprise 6:00 am alarm that went off in the room was unfortunate. I shut it off and it reset itself for 6:00 am again for the next day. It happened in my daughter’s suite as well. I changed the time on the alarm for 7:00. "

"We initially had problem with leakage but then we were moved to a different room. The staff was friendly and efficient enough to handle the situation. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu was very fulfilling. Thank you for your hospitality and service. "

"Terrible experience. Our stay was from Thursday to Sunday, but we decided to leave on Saturday and forfeit the last night, which had already been paid, because the hotel conditions were unacceptable. On our second day, Friday morning, when we tried to take a shower, the water was completely BLACK, absolutely disgusting. I went to the front desk and was told that the issue was affecting the entire city due to some work being done on the water supply system. Later that same day, our bathroom started leaking from the ceiling, the same filthy water. I went back to the front desk, and the employee made no effort to help or improve our experience. She said the only thing she could do was call the manager. We were unable to shower that day. On the third day of our stay, in the afternoon, the manager came to our room to check the leak. Again, at no point were we offered a room change or any real solution. The manager simply said she would contact someone to take a look. By Saturday evening, we decided to leave, even though our stay was paid through Sunday. When we went to check out, the same employee from the previous day didn’t even look at us, she just took the keys and said we were good to go. Overall, the experience was terrible."

"The hotel was dusty and musty. The tub was rusted. There was dust on the vents. The window had some film over it. The curtains had mold. The neighbor had a barking non-ADA gremlin dog. Everytime she took it out she slammed the door. "

"We loved the vibe of this hotel. Every floor had a different theme. The lobby was beautiful. Lots of fun places for selfies! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had the usual amenities. However, the towels were a little smaller than I am used to. Plenty of places to charge devices. Nice to have option of mini frodge and microwave."
