We love the indoor atrium pool, the buffet, and the Purple Parrot restaurant! My kids love the kid games and my parents have fun at the slots. Atlantis always offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway for my family.

Food options were great and open late. Only thing that was a little inconvenient were the elevators to the parking garage. Only one worked and it got very backed up. But the stairs were an easy option.

We stayed at the Eldorado for Hot August Nights, and even though it was a very busy weekend the employees were outstanding. We ate at Gordon Ramsey fish & chips,El Jefes, and and a restaurant for breakfast, don’t remember the name. The food in every restaurant was excellent.Next time we go to Reno we are staying at the Eldorado.

This was my first visit to this property (for business). The hotel staff was great, nice and helpful, the property was clean (for a casino), my room and view were amazing, the price was fantastic and free parking. There were food choices. It was pretty close to a few restaurants, pubs, etc.
The only con was the service at one of the onsite restaurants, it was really slow, nobody greeted me (as well as many others), service was slow and they mixed my to-go order with another (it was cold as...
