When I checked in the man charged an extra $100, claimed it was some type of accomodation incidental & if there was none then the $100 will return back to my credit card. I asked for a receipt, buy denied. The man said Id receive a receipt when I check out.
When I checked out, the man did NOT give me a receipt. I demand a receipt & will take this up with a complaint to CEO/Complaints department.
Every customer has a right to a receipt.
When I checked in the man didnt tell me how the valet parking works, meaning Id be charged a $15 fee should I need my vehicle.
Plus I asked how far is the Reno Ballroom as Im here for the Wynonna Judd concert. The man said he didnt know. OMG, the Concert was across the street. So I returned my Vehicle to valet & walked across the street.
The man at "check-in" should have known about the concert.
The AC was not working good. Stayed warm all night & into the morning.
There was so much noise from outside air condition I couldnt sleep well at all. Head ache all night from the noise.
Dead bugs on bathroom floor.
I did NOT have a good experience with lodging at El Dorado, Reno, NV.
Believe me Ill be watching my credit card account for the return of $100.
Id like to resolve this complaint at higher level management or complaint department.
