"Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the handicap room we were given was not very handicap friendly. The bed was very tall, difficult to climb up into when you need a walker to walk and steady yourself. Doors are very heavy, mom needed help to open them. The toilet was very low and difficult for her to get up off it. She was not able to shower as the shower was in a tub, don’t know many true handicapped people who can step over the tub into the shower."

"The VRBO ad accurately represented the home; clean, spacious, nicely decorated and it provided everything we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of campus. Being able to use the garage was nice so as to not worry about things left in the car. It seemed to be a very safe location so we weren't worried about theft but better safe than sorry. Very responsive host."
