Clean and completely remodled. The front dest staff was always friendly. The room was large, comfy and clean. Juice and coffee bar available in the lobby 24/7. No microwave in the room, but there is one available in the lobby. Continental breakfast served every morning. Parking was safe with security often on site. The price for this place was very reasonable. I would atay here again!

The motel 6 is a standard room but no shampoo/conditioner. Like the vinyl floor for my pet. Beds and room clean and comfortable but the surroundings are scattered with homeless people and sections of the motel are used for voucher recipients. I felt safe inside but would not walk around outside. Road noise of racing cars and gunning engines heard easily. A train track is somewhere close as well. Downtown Modesto looks lovely with lots of nice restaurants.

Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Breakfast provided was good. Better than 2 other hotels that we have stayed at. I plan to come here again next time.

We got a warm welcome on arrival and it was a small but cozy, clean room. There were lots of pillows and two cups each of decaf and regular coffee. Nice little breakfast offered in the morning. The only downside was a barn slider for the bathroom door - a little weird and not totally private. It is also a frosted glass door, so we couldn't leave the bathroom light on with the door closed for late night visits in a strange place, but the hairdryer had a little night light on it. Clay was a super host! He made us a special batch of decaf coffee in the evening that we arrived! We stayed here as an unexpected stop to escape snow/road closure in Tioga Pass. Great breakfast buffet with fresh pancakes, cereal, bagels, sausage in nicely appointed room with couches and chairs around the big-screen TV. Front desk staff was lovely and very accommodating! I would highly recommend! Parking was super convenient for loading/unloading, too.
