“Property was perfect for what we needed. We had three young kids with us; the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Convenient location. Host had excellent communication and was very quick to help when we managed to lock ourselves out. Resident upstairs was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!”

“The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was exactly what we needed, centrally located to the baseball tournament we attended. The only issue that we had is that we drove 12 hrs to get there, arriving at 9:00 pm. We still had not received the check-in information. I had to contact the host, while we stood next to my car in the dark, waiting for the host to respond, not knowing how long that was going to be. Luckily he responded within minutes and we were able to get in. But it would……

“We had a great time at the red roof inn very clean and updated. The coffee options were top notch. Breakfast was good a clean but I wish there was a bit more options. Would 100% stay again”

“Alan and Anne were the most hospitable owners. They were always available if I needed something. And the breakfasts were to die for. I was highly impressed. They also tended to minor special requests which was truly appreciated.”

“Such a unique space which was perfect for us cycling the Erie Canal trail. It was very close to the trail and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having the availability of a continental breakfast as well. Staff was very communicative and let us know what to expect, directions for checking in, etc. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Little Falls is a quaint little town.”

“This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again!”
