“We would definitely stay there again, if or when we return. The hotel was very nice. The river view was wonderful. The complimentary continental breakfast was very good! Having a pizza shop & beer downstairs was nice and convenient! Love the outside patio too!!”

“Wi-Fi is super poor. My all devices cannot connect with Wi-Fi. ”

“The surrounding area looks economically depressed and we had some initial concerns about safety. Check in was easy. We were provided with two keys for the front door and room door. The house is well maintained and in keeping with original design. We stayed in the wine and roses room which is next door to the kitchen. If you like to sleep in, this is not the room for you due to breakfast noise. The breakfast was good and timely. There was a hot option (bread pudding and chicken and herb sausage)……

“Our room was clean and we thought it was going to be a great stay. It was convenient to all the things we were looking for. Unfortunately the guests in the room next to us were only there for their sexual activities. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything that was going on. It lasted until way past midnight beginning a little past 9 pm. And something was running near us that kept me awake the entire night!!!! I cannot sleep with a fan or air conditioner on!!! It was NOT a good……

“The room itself was okay. The bed seemed fresh and I liked the there was vinyl flooring instead of carpet. The outside hallway outside of our door was filthy. The air conditioning was loud and difficult to regulate. We were not inclined to try the breakfast.”

“I wish the weather had been better as I was unable to avail myself to kayaking and evening entertainment. Room was small but cozy and rustic, lots of wood and evocative of summer camping in lakeside cabins. Very old time style of check-in, and the desk is not staffed late at night.”
