We stayed here earlier this year and had a very concerning experience. We left our AirPods in the room while we were out for the day. When we returned, we discovered they were missing. Our reservation specifically stated that housekeeping was by request only, and we had not requested it. There was also no indication that our room had been cleaned or serviced.
The following day, the AirPods came back online and were tracked directly to a staff room on a staff-only floor of the hotel. After management became involved, they were eventually recovered.
Based on the circumstances, we believe someone entered our room while we were gone and took the AirPods. The situation was extremely stressful and raised serious concerns about guest security.
Expedia contacted the hotel but did the line was not answered.
If you must stay here, I would strongly recommend keeping valuables secured and being cautious about leaving personal belongings in your room.
